Terms of use

RepFit lets you discover gyms, book sessions, manage passes and check in. Gyms decide their own schedules, prices, capacity and policies.

We work to keep RepFit available and accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

One account per person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

When you book a session, your agreement for the training is with the gym. The gym's cancellation window decides whether a cancelled booking returns your credit.

Passes are issued by gyms, and payments for them are made to the gym: at the front desk, or online by card where the gym offers it, processed by Stripe. Refunds are up to the gym.

A pass bought online that renews automatically is charged again at the end of each period until you stop it in RepFit. The current pass stays valid until its end date.

If a gym cancels a session, any credit you used is returned to your pass.

Gym owners are responsible for the accuracy of their page, for their staff's access and for handling member data lawfully.

Trial and subscription terms for gyms are agreed separately.

Gyms that take payments online get a payments account with Stripe, under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, and verify their identity with Stripe. RepFit keeps a fee from each online payment, shown in Settings before online payments are turned on.

Don't misuse RepFit: no fake bookings or reviews, no attempts to access other people's data, no automated scraping and nothing that disrupts the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and messages you post. You allow us to display them on RepFit to provide the service.

Training carries risk. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, and follow the instructions of the gym's staff. Gyms are responsible for their premises and equipment.

To the extent the law allows, RepFit is not liable for indirect losses or for the services gyms provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by Greek law.
