Privacy policy
RepFit (repfitapp.com) helps people find and book gyms, and gives gyms the tools to run bookings, passes and check-in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
01Who is responsible
RepFit is responsible for your account and for how the platform works. Contact us at hello@repfitapp.com.
Each gym is responsible for the records it keeps about its members on RepFit: bookings, attendance, passes and payments it records. For that data, RepFit processes information on the gym's behalf and under its instructions.
02What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, a securely hashed password and, if you add it, your phone number.
Preferences: training goals and styles, city, language and whether you agreed to receive news from us.
Activity at gyms: bookings, cancellations, waitlist places, check-ins, passes and the payments a gym records for you.
Content you create: reviews, messages with gyms, training logs and, for gym staff, the photos and details of their gym.
Body measurements, only if you choose to add them: sex, birth year, height, weight, body fat, goal weight, activity level and the measurements you save in RepFit Lab. These are health data: only you can see them, they are never shared with gyms, and you can delete them in Settings at any time.
Camera and photos: the RepFit Lab rep counter and photo measuring analyse video and photos on your device only. They are never uploaded, recorded or stored.
Food log, only if you use it: the meals you log, their nutrition estimates and a small thumbnail of each meal photo. Only you can see them, and you can delete any meal or the whole log at any time.
Technical data: your IP address and device information for security and rate limiting, and aggregated, cookie-free usage statistics.
How you found us: when you sign up, we note the campaign name if you arrived from a tagged link, the name of the website that sent you (not the page) and the section you landed on. Nothing about your browsing elsewhere.
03Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: booking sessions, managing passes, sending booking confirmations and reminders (contract).
To personalise RepFit Lab and your plans with the body measurements you choose to save (your explicit consent, which you can withdraw by deleting them in Settings).
To estimate the nutrition of a meal when you ask: the photo or description you submit is analysed by an AI model and the result is shown to you to check before anything is saved (your request).
To keep RepFit secure, prevent abuse and fix problems (legitimate interest).
To send product news only if you opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
To understand, in aggregate, how the product is used so we can improve it (legitimate interest). We do not track you across other sites.
04Who we share it with
The gyms you book with or hold a pass at see your name, contact details, bookings, attendance and passes at their gym.
Service providers who run RepFit for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database, hosted in the EU), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (card payments) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (turning gym addresses into map locations).
When you pay by card, for a pass or for a gym's RepFit plan, Stripe processes the payment. RepFit never sees your card details; we keep the amount, the date and what it was for.
Meal photos and descriptions you submit to the food tracker go to Anthropic's Claude through Vercel AI Gateway, routed with zero data retention: the provider doesn't keep them and doesn't use them for training.
We never sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
05How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, bookings, passes, messages and training logs are deleted.
Payment records a gym needs for its accounts are kept without a link to your account. Security logs are kept for a short period.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Most of this is available in Settings; for the rest, email hello@repfitapp.com.
For records a gym keeps about you, you can also contact that gym directly.
You can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
07Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for RepFit to work: one keeps you signed in, another remembers your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
08Children
RepFit is not intended for people under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
09Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and let you know about significant changes by email or in the app.
