Pricing questions
What counts as an active member?
A member with a valid pass, credits or a membership, at any point in the month. Pending, expired and cancelled passes don't count, and neither do you or your coaches.
What if we go over our plan's limit?
Nothing stops working. We'll suggest the next plan, and the change starts at your next renewal.
Are prices with VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. Greek VAT of 24% is added on the invoice, and we show the total next to each price.
How do we pay?
When you choose a plan, we email you an invoice for the month or the year, payable by bank transfer.
What happens when the trial ends?
We'll contact you before anything changes. Choose a plan any time during or after the trial; your setup and members stay exactly as they are.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans end at the end of the month, and you can export your members and payments as CSV whenever you like.
Do members pay RepFit anything?
No. Members use RepFit for free. You set your own prices and get paid the way you do today, or online if you turn on online payments.
